Familiarity with the Internet (including online banking/transferring funds, PayPal)
Excellent speaking and writing skills
Excellent interpersonal relation skills with coworkers and clients
Willingness and ability to follow written task and process guidance and assist with changes and/or keeping up to date
To serve and assist Owner and Office Manager with “back office”.

Consolidation of files. Managing contact/contracts with vendors
Ability to assist with work on manuals, including formatting, editing, exhibits and assembly.
Assure computer system file compatibility and duplication to routinely back up.
2-4 years degree mandatory from accredited college
4 or more years of experience
