Comfort Keepers is currently hiring for a full time Sales Representative- Essential Functions:
- Developing relationships with referral sources and make connections with new potential referral sources; helps implements contracts and agreements to meet our quarterly sales goals.
- Covers the Grass Valley and Auburn territory.
- Conducts at least 25 visits per week - mix of medical and non-medical / new and follow up calls.
- Establishes a networking plan and actively uses it as a working tool; revisits as requested.
- Develops a visitation schedule to existing referral sources to maintain and grow partner relationships.
- Develops and maintains referral sources database in Clear Care for contact/and or mailing lists.
- Responsible for entering referral information into Clear Care, tracks networking efforts and reviews with the General Manager by-weekly
- Participates in weekly On-Call rotation as assigned
- Recruitment of new caregivers, Marketing/Networking/Business Plan
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 Years Experience in Sales or Marketing
- Experience in home care or other service industry preferred
- Must possess current and valid California Drivers License and own reliable automobile with current Auto Insurance
- Proficiency with computers (Word, Office, Excel & Clear Care)
- Excellent written communication, professional business image, self motivated
- Knowledge of local and statewide social service providers
- Good organizational skills, Comfortable with public speaking, experience with presenting, excellent communication skills
